Role Summary: The Veterinary Back of House Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Back of House Manager and collaborating closely with the veterinary team. This position is essential for ensuring that our medical staff receives the guidance and mentorship needed to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the Back of House team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide training and mentorship to new staff members, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Engage with clients to address inquiries, manage prescription requests, and facilitate follow-up communications.
- Work alongside the Back of House Manager to enhance operational efficiencies and implement updated protocols.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a veterinary technician or assistant role.
- Leadership experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs and to stand for extended periods.
