Hallmark Aviation Services is looking to create a diverse workforce of enthusiastic individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both Domestic and International Airlines at major airports. We serve a unique clientele.

POSITION SUMMARY

Hallmark is currently seeking friendly, engaging, and professional customer service agents to deliver outstanding service to our international airline partners. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity in the airline industry.

Basic Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Valid authorization to work in the United States
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Computer proficiency
  • Organized with common sense
  • Able to make quick and sound decisions
  • Strong communication and listening abilities
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to read and understand reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures
NOTE: DRUG SCREENING IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF HIRE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (additional duties may be assigned)
  • Perform various tasks at the airport, including assisting customers with fare inquiries and boarding gate operations.
  • Carry out responsibilities at the ticket counter, airport lobby, baggage claim, gate check-in, control center, and other functional areas, rotating through all sections including bag-room, ramp, and other terminals.
  • Maintain professional interactions with airline passengers, clients, and crew members.
  • Provide translation and transcription services when necessary.
  • Handle company assets with care and be mindful of associated costs.
  • Execute accurate cash handling transactions, manifests, and labeling.
  • Operate machinery in compliance with operational policies and standards.
  • Utilize computers, printers, and other equipment to manage data and information confidentially.
  • Read, interpret, and comprehend reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Varied shifts within a 24-hour period

* Potential for overtime

* Occasional lifting of heavy items

* Prolonged periods of standing and walking long distances

* Pulling, pushing, and moving large items, including carts

* Continuous standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and grasping

Environmental Considerations:

Involves constant interaction with people and exposure to aircraft noise.
