Position Summary
The Aviation Training Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality ground and simulator flight instruction, adhering to aviation regulations and the training principles established by Dunn Belmont Limited.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive ground and simulator training sessions for clients, focusing on core, specialty, or enrichment training courses.
2. Develop and curate training materials tailored to meet client needs in alignment with the designated curriculum.
3. Assess and monitor trainee progress, providing recommendations for qualification or additional training as necessary.
4. Maintain accurate training records for each client, facilitating their success in achieving desired objectives.
5. Identify and address client training challenges proactively.
6. Uphold instructor qualifications in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Must possess an unrestricted ATP certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License.
- A minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating is required.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in FAR Part 135, FAR Part 121, or military training, along with a total flight time of 2,500 hours.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to effectively manage classes and deliver engaging instruction.
- Willingness to receive feedback and enhance personal development.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is frequently required to use hands for various tasks, reach with arms, and communicate effectively. The position may involve standing, walking, sitting, and navigating between different areas within the training environment.

The employee must be capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds and may work in environments with moving mechanical parts and varying weather conditions.
