Role Summary

The Customer Care Specialists (CCS) at Signature are tasked with a diverse range of responsibilities that are vital to the success of our fixed base operations (FBO). They are committed to delivering exceptional customer service consistently.


A CCS is often the first point of contact for visitors, engaging with them and colleagues in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.


CCSs ensure that concierge and other services are efficiently and accurately managed, delivered, and billed in accordance with Signature's established protocols.


Key Responsibilities

As a CCS, you will:

  • Collaborate as part of a team to ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome.
  • Work closely with colleagues, customers, and other visitors to meet customer service needs.
  • Facilitate efficient and accurate communication between customers, the FBO, other departments, and external parties.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their needs and offering additional Signature services.
  • Respond effectively to inquiries from vendors, customers, and team members.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and fuel transactions following company procedures.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Signature's facilities, services, and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld through regular inspections.
  • Provide a range of concierge services, including arranging reservations and transportation.
  • Assist pilots with access to vital airport and weather information.
  • Support visitors with their luggage and assist line service personnel as needed.
  • Follow emergency response protocols during critical situations.
  • Propose enhancements to Signature's standards and practices to management.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and courtesy towards all individuals at all times.
  • Comply with all security protocols as mandated by Signature and the airport.
  • Create accurate records of time worked and services performed.


Work Environment

This role primarily takes place within the FBO, though some tasks may occur outdoors on the airport ramp, subject to varying weather conditions.


Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum age of 18 years.
  • A valid state driver's license.
  • A professional appearance.
  • The ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and the ability to learn new software.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and in different weather conditions.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, or customer service is preferred, along with knowledge of radio procedures and protocols.
