About the Role

At Signature Aviation, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Aviation Service Technician. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service to our customers.
  • Operate Ground Support Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of ground support equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and stair trucks.
  • Conduct Flight Line Operations: Conduct flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, with a commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred.
  • Ability to Pass Background Checks: Ability to pass background checks, including criminal and motor vehicle checks.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to Work Flexible Schedules: Ability to work flexible schedules, including night, holiday, and weekend shifts.
