As a key member of the City of Memphis Tennessee team, the HR Labor Specialist will work under the general supervision of assigned managers to perform administrative duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced clerical customer service, administrative support, and data maintenance duties, while assisting in the administration of EEO/Labor Relations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the administration of EEO/Labor Relations, including maintaining records and providing support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

**Requirements:**
