Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at FIS Fidelity National Information Services. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
