Senior Sales Consultant for Senior Living

Capital Senior Living is a prominent provider of independent living, assisted living, and memory care services for older adults.
The organization manages numerous communities that offer a nurturing, secure, and affordable environment where residents can build connections, explore new opportunities, and receive tailored support from a dedicated team that treats them like family.
Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Consultant will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and collaborate closely with key leadership within our communities.
This role involves spearheading primary sales initiatives in communities lacking a permanent Sales Director and mentoring underperforming Sales Directors to enhance revenue across the organization and boost overall market presence.
The ideal candidate will work alongside corporate and local teams to cultivate new partnerships, develop pricing strategies, and implement sales campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with facility-based teams to optimize revenue and achieve both short-term and long-term corporate goals for designated communities. Establish and maintain a community presence by traveling to and working from the community as strategically required.
Enhance overall occupancy rates and revenue within communities.
Ensure that sales activities are conducted proactively rather than reactively.
Set and enforce key sales targets for lead generation, lead conversion to tours, tour conversion to deposits and move-ins, and overall occupancy by community.
Collaborate with marketing professionals to maximize visibility on digital platforms and leverage electronic media to modernize the sales approach and strategically increase revenue.
Engage with prospective residents and their families to conduct comprehensive assessments and identify individual needs in seeking senior living options.
Some of these interactions may include home visits as well as on-site meetings. The purpose of these discussions is to provide insightful solutions by asking thoughtful questions and demonstrating active listening.Work diligently to deliver the sales activities and outcomes necessary to meet and exceed the community's sales and move-in objectives, continuously maximizing occupancy.
Oversee adherence to Sales Expectations and Metrics in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director. All marketing and sales communications must be presented accurately and consistently reflect the services provided by the community to the residents.
Uphold and embody the Company's mission statement.Review and supervise the implementation of community-specific quarterly action plans, competitive analyses, weekly/monthly secret shop results, sales reports, and community compliance with Capital Senior Living's Signature Programs.
Maintain communication with the Regional team regarding necessary improvements.Qualifications:
A minimum of three to five years of sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance targets.
The incumbent may work 10 consecutive days followed by four consecutive days off regularly and can expect to spend 75% of their time on-site.
Proficiency with PC-based software applications for capturing sales data and word processing is essential.Additional experience with any or all of the following is advantageous:
Presentation software such as PowerPoint, spreadsheet software such as Excel, and email and Internet functions.
Must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and competency in Yardi CRM. Maintain continuing education requirements and certifications relevant to the job classification and position, including state mandates.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization while adhering to reporting structures.
Ability to identify and communicate issues appropriately.
Ability to relate to the public, residents, families, staff, and other professionals in a respectful manner.
Ability to teach and train others effectively.
Ability to travel to and work from various communities as identified by strategic necessity.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet job requirements.
