Capital Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Living Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing occupancy rates in our senior living communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with community leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that meet corporate objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a strong presence in our communities, traveling to and working from individual communities as needed.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies and sales campaigns to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Meet with prospective residents and their families to conduct thorough discovery and uncover individual needs in seeking senior living placement.
  • Work with marketing professionals to maximize presence on electronic platforms and utilize electronic media to modernize the sales approach and strategically grow revenue.
  • Review and oversee implementation of community-specific quarterly action plans and competitive analysis, weekly/monthly secret shop results, sales reports, and community compliance with SSL Signature Programs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three to five years of sales experience with a record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
  • High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred or satisfy state experience requirements.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a minimum of 75% travel required.
  • Familiarity with PC-based software applications for capturing sales data and word processing.
  • Must have full understanding and show competency in Yardi CRM.
  • Meet continuing education requirements and certifications on job classification and position, including state requirements.
