About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HVAC Systems Sales Representative to join our team at Havtech LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for generating controls revenue and achieving margin goals by supporting our mission to deliver exceptional customer service through the sale and execution of projects involving HVAC equipment, building automation systems, and mechanical services.

As a successful Controls Sales Engineer, you will identify and sell HVAC and automation solutions that can help clients achieve their environmental, operational, financial, and people goals. You will prospect to locate and develop relationships with new clients, develop general working knowledge of Havtech offerings, utilize account management processes for target customers, and convert leads into opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, five years of experience in BAS sales, engineering, or marketing, and excellent oral and written communication skills. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
