Job Overview

Ridenow Powersports is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to enhance our team of customer service experts. If you possess strong listening skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for motorcycles, you might be the ideal candidate for this role.

The perfect applicant will have a solid understanding of motorcycles and excel in customer interactions. This role offers a commission-based structure, allowing you to increase your earnings based on your dedication and effort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the purchasing journey, from product selection to financing and delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Promote the excitement and passion of motorcycles to potential buyers.
  • Facilitate introductions to other departments to encourage cross-selling of Parts, Accessories, Financing, Insurance, Warranties, and Service Plans.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and customers using proactive sales strategies.
  • Adhere to a structured sales process that has proven effective.
  • Maintain an attractive showroom and display of motorcycles to engage customers.
  • Record all client interactions and information in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about our brand, product offerings, and company events to serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Riding experience and a current motorcycle endorsement.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.
  • A minimum of 6 months of sales experience with demonstrated success in closing deals.
  • Familiarity with various brands and products in the powersports sector.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and potential overtime.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and assist team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and email applications.
  • Required: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Punctuality is essential.
