Passionate about Support? Consider a Role as a Regional Manager.
The Regional Manager is responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with manufacturers, evaluating their challenges and opportunities, and promoting IMEC's continuous improvement consulting and training services. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing customer needs and identifying suitable IMEC resources.
- Leading sales calls and delivering impactful presentations.
- Coordinating sales initiatives with IMEC's technical experts.
- Building a robust sales pipeline and networking to generate leads.
Regional Managers also provide direct consultation, prepare proposals, and manage project engagements, while collaborating on service development and process improvement initiatives.

The Technical Specialist engages with manufacturers to assess their challenges and opportunities, supports consulting teams in optimizing performance, and promotes IMEC's manufacturing improvement capabilities. Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct consultation within their area of expertise.
- Preparing proposals and delivering presentations.
- Managing project engagements and developing third-party resources.
Qualifications:
Regional Managers require a Bachelor's degree with a focus on manufacturing, engineering, technology, consulting, or business management. A Master's Degree is preferred, along with three to five years of advanced experience in manufacturing sales or consultative sales.
Technical Specialists should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess over three years of experience in manufacturing, with a career trajectory that includes leadership roles. A Master's degree is preferred, with emphasis on Engineering, Technology, Marketing, Human Resources, or Operations Management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience in areas such as workforce development, strategic marketing, information technology, lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality systems is highly valued.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to lead organizations toward continuous improvement, effectively communicate value across all levels, and manage multiple projects concurrently. A strong work ethic, consultative selling passion, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment are crucial.
This position involves a mix of remote work and travel, including occasional extended trips to various facilities. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and meet specific physical requirements.
