Key Responsibilities- Guide customers through the purchasing journey, from selecting their ideal motorcycle to financing and delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Share the enthusiasm and thrill of motorcycles with our clientele.
- Facilitate introductions to other departments to promote the sale of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products, Warranties, and Service Plans.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and customers using proactive sales strategies.
- Adhere to a structured sales process that has proven effective.
- Maintain an appealing showroom and motorcycle display to attract customers.
- Document all client interactions and information in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about our brand, product offerings, and company events to serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Preferred: Riding Experience and a Current Motorcycle Endorsement
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.
- A minimum of 6 months of sales experience with proven closing abilities.
- Familiarity with various brands and products in the powersports sector.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and assist when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and email applications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Punctuality is essential.
