Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the purchasing journey, from selecting their ideal motorcycle to financing and delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Share the enthusiasm and thrill of motorcycles with our clientele.
  • Facilitate introductions to other departments to promote the sale of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products, Warranties, and Service Plans.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and customers using proactive sales strategies.
  • Adhere to a structured sales process that has proven effective.
  • Maintain an appealing showroom and motorcycle display to attract customers.
  • Document all client interactions and information in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about our brand, product offerings, and company events to serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Riding Experience and a Current Motorcycle Endorsement
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.
  • A minimum of 6 months of sales experience with proven closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with various brands and products in the powersports sector.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and assist when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and email applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Punctuality is essential.
