Job Overview

United Solar, a leading solar energy solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Energy Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Energy Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting our innovative solar energy solutions to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door prospecting to identify new sales leads and potential customers.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers through targeted canvassing efforts.
  • Introduce and promote our company's solar energy solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of renewable energy.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to deliver on revenue targets, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, building relationships and establishing trust.
  • Achieve predetermined sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively, with a focus on results-driven performance.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies.
