Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist plays a vital role within the HR/Talent Acquisition department, focusing on the configuration and upkeep of the iCIMS suite of tools, which encompasses Applicant Tracking, Offer Management, Career Sites, CRM, Digital Assistant, Text Engagement, and Video Studio.

This role provides access to valuable resources such as iCIMS Academy, Knowledge Base, Release Resources, Events, Webinars, and Certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for the iCIMS Talent Acquisition suite, providing support to the TA team and the organization.
  • System Configurations: Manage configurations, workflows, integrations, and updates for the iCIMS products, including user management and training for new hires and managers.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop reports, dashboards, and templates, ensuring effective data management and presentation.
  • Job Template Management: Create and maintain job templates in iCIMS, collaborating with HR Compensation Specialists.
  • Website and Content Maintenance: Oversee the careers website and create engaging video content for recruitment purposes.
  • Social Media Coordination: Schedule and manage social media postings to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain the TA SharePoint site, ensuring up-to-date documentation and resources.
  • Collaboration with Recruiting Agencies: Support onboarding processes and analytics for various TA tools.
  • Attendance and Compliance: Ensure regular attendance and adherence to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to document and manage recruitment processes.
  • Experience with report writing and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with ATS/HCM/HRIS systems, preferably iCIMS.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or HR-related field preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software.
  • Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
