Key Responsibilities- Source and Attract Top Talent: Utilize various recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for our open positions.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with our managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment plans to meet those needs.
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent, including job postings, social media, and employee referrals.
- Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding, to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide Recruitment Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving our recruitment processes and strategies.
- Proven Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.
