Key Responsibilities
  • Source and Attract Top Talent: Utilize various recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for our open positions.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with our managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment plans to meet those needs.
  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent, including job postings, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding, to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide Recruitment Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving our recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruitment strategies.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and develop effective solutions to recruitment challenges.
