Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, building relationships, educating the market, and playing a pivotal role in expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Market our products and services via telephone and email to generate prospective customers.
  • Qualify leads generated from marketing programs and promotions.
  • Direct pre-qualified leads to a specific sales district.
  • Follow up on pre-qualified leads with the sales team to ensure timely processing and pipeline creation.
  • Document all activities and customer interactions.
  • Set appointments for both field and inside sales representatives.
Qualifications
  • Possess high energy, a strong desire to achieve top results, and a charismatic, positive attitude.
  • Previous work experience in managing inbound and outbound calls and inquiries.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate clearly.
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing environments.
  • Very motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds metrics set by management.
