Multilingual Office Coordinator

We are currently looking for a dedicated individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish and is eager to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support and office management.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Perform word processing, create spreadsheets, and prepare presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage paperwork efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing communications, including mail and billing.
- Update client information accurately and promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and prospects.
- Engage in various other office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty license within five weeks.

- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Clean criminal background; background checks will be conducted.
