Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Right Executive Search, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales, calling on Fortune 1000 companies. You will be responsible for selling marketing solutions and professional services to clients in the financial services, fintech, and professional services industries.
We offer a competitive salary of $135,000 plus commission, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and expense account for client entertainment.
Our company is a woman-owned, boutique executive search firm that specializes in placing professionals in the financial services, fintech, and professional services industries. We have built strong relationships with both Fortune 500 companies and smaller, rapidly growing firms.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
