About the Role

  • You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer, Design Director, and Merchandising, Design & Product Development Team to develop and execute products across multiple seasons.
  • As a creative problem-solver, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • You will also contribute to the development of carryover, seasonal technical packages, and garment details, ensuring seamless communication with factories and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full product life cycle from design and development through handoff to sales and marketing.
  • Provide both creative and practical support: design development, PLM, sketching/CADs, lab dip approvals, tech packaging, and administrative duties.
  • Maintain and update technical packages, including layouts and diagrams, to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Design Director on specific product categories, driving innovation and brand integrity.
  • Assist in researching consumer and competitive marketplaces to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively between design, merchandising, and production teams.
  • Present design concepts to cross-functional teams and prepare development packages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Docs, and Excel.
