Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Analyst to join our team at Conner Strong & Buckelew Companies, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to commercial lines customers, sales representatives, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process policies, audits, and policy changes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Make recommendations for coverage additions or changes when appropriate.
  • Interact with carriers and internal/external customers to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in the process of preparing renewal submissions for marketing, including applications, exhibits, narratives, and loss runs.
  • Participate in account reconciliation for receivables management.
  • Submit applications to carriers and follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies.
  • Provide technical support, including completing applications, renewal proposals, binders, audits, coverage summaries, endorsements, cancellations, and certificates of insurance.
  • Respond to and process incoming client, carrier, and mail requests at the direction of the account executive.
  • Prepare policy binders and ensure accuracy of account data and input into the agency management system.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred.
  • Exceptional organization and client service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, flexible, able to multi-task and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency required in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of document management and agency management systems preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without company sponsorship.
Working Conditions

Office environment with moderate noise level; able to work flexible hours and travel to other Conner Strong offices and client work sites as needed.
