Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll be responsible for managing our accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, including invoices, payments, and vendor information.
  2. Process and approve payments in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to our vendors and suppliers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including ERP systems and spreadsheets.
