SAP EWM Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Inventory Specialist to join our team. As an SAP EWM Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the business with a focus on improving inventory management processes, particularly in shipping. You will use the SAP system to execute inventory management transactions, interact with the program team to develop and support regular communications, and demonstrate agility among various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process SAP transactions to enable shipment of completed items and subcontract items to the appropriate recipients.
  • Understand and execute all business policies and procedures for compliance to site AS9100 standards.
  • Support a group of working stockroom associates to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple assignments and priorities daily.
  • Improve shipment processes using LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SAP/S4 Hana.
  • Understanding of MMAS, Cycle Counts, and Financial Inventory Reporting.
  • Prior experience in engineering and operations/manufacturing environments.
  • Military contractor/Defense industry background.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
