Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at Cooper University Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational, administrative, technical, and analytical support to process bi-weekly payroll.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of payroll experience, with prior work experience filing payroll tax returns and collaborating with HRIS and IT. A solid understanding of payroll and taxes, as well as proficiency in Lawson and Kronos, is required.

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for validating tax filing reports, assisting with voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions, preparing accounting transactions and documents, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of payroll experience

  • Associate's degree in accounting or finance; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
