Job Summary

The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operation of food service, ensuring that every customer receives a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all customers with a smile and a verbal greeting

Review the menu with customers, suggestively sell products, and take orders from each table

Submit tickets to the cook's station using proper abbreviations

Deliver food in a timely manner to the customer when food is ready

Handle money from customers, account for all tickets, and ensure that all tickets have been rung up and closed before the shift is over

Perform prepping and cleaning duties as detailed or assigned by the supervisor, including bussing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms and walls

Bring all items of concern to the attention of the manager immediately, especially safety concerns and customer service complaints

Know the menu, daily features, and suggested products to maximize shift sales

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to communicate effectively with all restaurant staff

Previous restaurant experience preferred

A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to be at work during shifts
