Position Overview:

As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative and operational support functions within the center. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the flow of new clients and existing members.
  • Communicating essential information across various departments.
  • Overseeing all scheduling activities to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage scheduling tasks, including booking appointments and confirming schedules.
  • Assist in inventory management, taking full responsibility for ordering and collections.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to promote services and products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrate a passion for helping others, showing genuine care and compassion.
  • Work independently while adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and show eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Exhibit strong active listening skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative assistant and customer service role.
