Position Overview

A Day in the Life of a Client Services Administrator:

In this role, you will oversee the administrative and operational support tasks within the center, ensuring seamless activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the flow of new clients and assisting existing members.
  • Communicating essential information across various departments.
  • Effectively managing all scheduling tasks and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support and customer service.
  • Proficiency in managing scheduling tasks, including appointment bookings and confirmations.
  • Experience in inventory management, with full responsibility for ordering and collections.
  • Strong persuasive skills for promoting services.
  • The ability to build trust and maintain robust relationships with clients and team members.
  • A genuine passion for helping others, demonstrating care and compassion.
  • The capability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to learn new skills.
  • Excellent active listening abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
