Position: Client Services Coordinator
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our organization, managing incoming communications, welcoming guests, and executing various administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, a friendly attitude, and a strong focus on customer service, complemented by excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation:
$28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and guiding them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the correct individual or department.
  • Overseeing the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinating appointments and maintaining schedules for the team.
  • Assisting with general administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Ensuring the front office area remains tidy and well-organized.
  • Supporting other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or front office position.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
