Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist our financial advisors in building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Travel to various locations to support client events, seminars, and other business activities.
- Manage client accounts, including updating records, processing transactions, and providing accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including direct mail, email, and advertising initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate client appreciation events, prospecting activities, and other business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
- Prepare and present reports to management, using data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive results.
- Perform other duties as required to support the success of our business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Current Texas driver's license and excellent driving record.
- Minimum of two years of experience in investment-based sales support, client relationship/service, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of investments, insurance, financial products, financial planning, and the use of financial planning tools.
- Excellent communication, verbal and written, and telephone etiquette skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment with heavy phone-based customer interaction.
- Ability to work in a team and support multiple advisors in multiple locations.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time assisting customers on the phone and while executing, updating, and validating computer applications and data.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and lift 10-20 pounds of files or other documents.
