Job Description

The Post-Sale Account Manager will be responsible for managing the post-sale customer experience, ensuring seamless service delivery and support to key accounts. This includes executing contract renewals, educating customers on the benefits of leasing, managing contractual updates, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Renewals: Engage with customers to transition them from outdated lease terms to updated agreements, targeting high conversion rates.
  • Equipment Replacements: Assist customers in replacing equipment at the end of its service life and guide them through the re-signing of lease agreements.
  • Customer Offboarding: Oversee the end-of-contract process, including managing equipment removals, buyouts, and lease transfers.
  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Collaborate across departments to resolve complex issues and ensure elevated customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly to customers and internal teams.
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for building and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
