Salary and Benefits:
We offer a base guaranteed salary of $52,500 per year, competitive uncapped commissions starting at 4%, payable every month, and market competitive insurance and health benefits.

Job Description:
As a Sales Account Manager for our legal industry team, you will drive success in Chicago's legal landscape by promoting our language services, managing top accounts, and building lasting relationships. Through office visits, networking, and trust-building, you'll expand our reach and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:
* Foster and close new clients.
* Develop sales and networking strategies to develop new business.
* Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process.
* Monitor client satisfaction levels with delivery, quality, and customer service.
* Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Follow up regularly with clients for continuous improvement, farming, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
* Respond promptly to customer questions and requests.

Requirements:
* 5 years of proven experience selling and/or working in the legal industry.
* Outstanding customer service and relationship management abilities.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
* Comfortable working with CRM systems.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-starter with high initiative.
* Flexibility/adaptability.
* Organization and time management skills.
