Position Overview

Pivotal Talent Search is seeking a skilled Licensing Contract Administrator to oversee the management and administration of licensing agreements. This pivotal role involves collaborating with various departments, including legal, finance, and business development, to ensure that all licensing operations align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, evaluate, and negotiate licensing contracts.
  • Maintain and manage comprehensive records and databases of contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in all contract executions.
  • Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and timelines.
  • Address and resolve compliance issues or disputes as they arise.
  • Keep accurate and current records of all licensing agreements.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for contracts and amendments.
  • Generate regular reports detailing licensing activities and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate effective communication and relationship management with both licensees and licensors.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Track and report on royalty and revenue streams derived from licensing agreements.
  • Develop and refine licensing policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of contract law and licensing practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
