Position Overview

We are a rapidly expanding entity in the consumer goods sector, currently in search of a Licensing Contract Administrator. This pivotal role encompasses the oversight, administration, and coordination of licensing contracts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with legal, financial, and business development departments to ensure that all licensing endeavors are in harmony with the company's strategic goals.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring two to three days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, assess, and negotiate licensing contracts.
  • Maintain and refresh contract documentation and databases.
  • Ensure all agreements are executed in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and timelines.
  • Address and resolve any compliance-related issues or disputes.
  • Keep precise and current records of all licensing contracts.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for contracts and amendments.
  • Generate regular reports on licensing activities and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate effective communication and relationship management with both licensees and licensors.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Track and report on royalty and revenue streams associated with licensing agreements.
  • Develop and refine licensing policies and procedures.

  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
