Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
At Associates Asset Recovery, we depend on skilled professionals to engage with our esteemed clients who may have inquiries or issues. We are seeking a proficient call center agent to manage a significant volume of both incoming and outgoing calls. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, capable of memorizing scripts and adjusting them as needed during interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Adhere to communication scripts while utilizing knowledge of the company's offerings to deviate from the script when required.
- Assess customer needs, investigate issues, resolve complaints, and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accountability for calls throughout the entire process of a customer's request, including follow-ups with the escalation team.
Essential Duties
- Memorize service offerings and fees, referring to them during calls.
- Foster positive relationships by exceeding expectations in customer service, ensuring all inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations are addressed appropriately.
- Retain acquired knowledge to handle calls more swiftly and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a call center or customer support environment.
- Excellent active listening and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Capability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
