Job SummaryThe District Sales Manager is responsible for achieving district sales targets and managing all resources, including clinical support and field sales representatives. This includes identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring the effective sales of Nevro's products to meet/exceed sales forecasts and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship-selling, partnering, and managing accounts
- Fiscal budgetary responsibility
- Asset/inventory management
- Initiating and evaluating corporate pricing agreements with customers
- Creating business plans and ensuring proper execution
- Promoting, selling, and securing orders from existing and potential customers
- Submitting periodic reports detailing activities/sales volumes/training needs
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of five (5) years of medical device or medical products sales experience
- Proven sales experience, accomplishments in Ortho, Spine, or O.R. experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Leadership and motivation skills
- Goal setting and implementation skills
- Basic computer skills
