As a part of Aprio's Nonprofit Outsourced Accounting division, you will play a crucial role in helping clients optimize their financial strategies. We are seeking a Partner and Practice Leader to drive our nonprofit initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:
- Formulate the comprehensive strategy for nonprofit outsourcing and advisory services.
- Collaborate with various teams, including nonprofit and government consulting practices.
- Create marketing and go-to-market strategies for NFP Outsourcing, Fractional, and Consulting services.
- Serve as the primary contact for all NFP MS leads, engaging with prospects and crafting proposals.

Team Leadership:
- Oversee performance management for all team members.
- Mentor and guide staff to reach their full potential.
- Define position descriptions and collaborate with HR to attract top talent.
- Conduct weekly meetings to align on client schedules and priorities.
- Identify training opportunities for team members.

Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary relationship manager for clients.
- Review financial deliverables, including financial statements and audit schedules.
- Lead client forecasting and budgeting initiatives.

NFP Fractional Responsibilities:
- Interview candidates to build a strong talent pool.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA required, MBA preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in public accounting, with leadership experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of nonprofit financial operations.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage Intacct is a plus.
- Proven ability to supervise and ensure high-quality financial reporting.
