- Design and implement comprehensive audit plans, including risk assessments and testing protocols.
- Assess internal controls and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement in financial and operational processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Mentor junior auditors by reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

- In-depth understanding of auditing principles and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Caseware Working Papers or CCH ProSystems fx Engagement is advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to the nonprofit sector.
