Front Desk Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn. As a key member of our Front Desk and Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and answering questions about their stay.
  • Manage arrivals and departures in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure every guest has an optimum experience.
  • Keep the Lobby Market stocked and well-presented.
  • Complete all required brand-specific training and adhere to property-specific brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Work-related experience in hospitality or customer service is desired.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Availability to work weekday shifts from 7a-3p.
