About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our front desk team as a Guest Service Agent. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Perform front desk related functions, including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, and handling cash transactions.
- Assist with breakfast and evening service, including food preparation, setup, and cleanup.
- Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and coworkers.
Requirements:
- A warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
- Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities.
- Ability to speak and receive direction in English.
- Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled.
