Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Staff Assistant to join our team at RAM Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping department to ensure room status reports are up to date and notify them of early check-ins, late check-outs, and special request reservations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide guests with accurate information and assistance.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent and one year of work-related experience in customer service, hotel industry, management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Data entry and database management experience.
  • Telephone etiquette and bilingual communication skills.
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to walk, sit, and stand during scheduled shift.
