Front Desk Agent Opportunity
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn. As a key member of our Front Desk and Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and answering questions about their visit.
- Manage arrivals and departures in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure every guest has an optimum experience.
- Keep the Lobby Market stocked and well-presented.
- Complete all required brand-specific training and adhere to property-specific brand standards.
Requirements:
- Work-related experience in hospitality or customer service is desired.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Availability to work weekday shifts from 7a-3p.
