About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven New Truck Sales Manager to join our team at TEC Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, service, and parts, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the trucking industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
  • Valid driver's license required
