Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager will be accountable for:

  • Driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients by overseeing the entire sales cycle.
  • Enhancing client relationships through consistent engagement and in-person meetings.
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of accounts through proactive outreach and responding to incoming opportunities.
  • Maintaining organization by effectively managing an account set and keeping comprehensive and precise records of all sales activities.
  • Facilitating the successful implementation of AIM services for customer personnel, which includes creating and sharing relevant documentation, brainstorming innovative ideas, and participating in launches and site visits.

  • Proficient sales forecasting capabilities and a track record of revenue achievement.
  • A successful history in generating new business sales.
  • A background in both inbound and outbound prospecting, along with closing new business deals.
  • A willingness to travel as needed.

Additional Information:
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, a 401k plan that begins on day one, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days. This is a permanent, full-time position.
