Maintaining robust working relationships and clear communication with senior-level chain contacts, RBNA representatives, and both sales and administrative teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Excellence

Drive Sales Activators to achieve superior market performance.

Establish and meet perfect store placement objectives based on opportunity assessments.

Develop regional targets, monitor progress, and implement action plans to address performance gaps.

Team Leadership and Development

Guide, mentor, and cultivate the region's sales activators to ensure strategic relationship and sales objectives are met or surpassed, while flawlessly executing sales and distribution targets.

Foster a diverse team that mirrors the marketplace, embodies Red Bull's values, and inspires through effective leadership.

Conduct annual performance evaluations for all direct reports, creating and supporting tailored development plans.

Set a strong example, ensuring the Sales Activator Team adheres to company standards, HR requirements, and operational safety protocols.

Success Through Resources and Tools

Regularly report on Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR) and Quarterly Business Reviews, along with other necessary reporting to the Director of Sales & Distribution.

Collaborate across the organization, sharing best practices and acting as a key contributor among peers.

Manage strategic account relationships and selling opportunities at a senior level, including non-price related sales initiatives and recommendations for incremental sales growth.

Retail Relationship Management

Ensure alignment with RBNA National KA for all Wiring Accounts.

Demonstrate proficiency in retailer operations to enhance in-store presence.

Align with Red Bull sales management on district distribution strategies, routes, new product launches, and sales forecasts.

Assess overall market conditions, competitive threats, and evolving local dynamics that may influence volume, market share, and profitability.

Build and sustain strong relationships with senior-level chain contacts to facilitate effective account management; schedule and conduct regular meetings with tailored presentations.

Utilize analytical selling approaches and available market data to develop market solutions.

Lead and conduct specialized training sessions, Engagement Action Planning, and collaborate with HR on related initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.

Proven experience in supervising a team of account sales professionals.

Possession of a valid US Driver's License and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.

Capability to lift and transport inventory and/or advertising displays weighing up to 25 pounds.

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $112,000, plus cash incentives.

Actual salary offers may vary based on individual work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
