Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager will be tasked with:

  • Driving sales growth through the acquisition of new clients by overseeing the entire sales cycle.
  • Enhancing client relationships through consistent engagement and in-person meetings.
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach and responding to incoming opportunities.
  • Maintaining organization by effectively managing an account portfolio and keeping precise records of all sales activities.
  • Facilitating the successful implementation of AIM services for client employees, which includes creating and sharing relevant documentation, brainstorming innovative ideas, and participating in launches and site visits.

  • Proven experience in building and nurturing relationships.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with high energy levels.
  • Strong sales forecasting skills and a track record of revenue achievement.
  • A successful history in acquiring new business.
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound prospecting and closing new deals.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Additional Information:

  • Competitive salary range ($80,000 - $120,000).
  • 401k benefits commence from day one.
