The District Sales Manager is a key role within Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, responsible for the overall success of our Spirit stores. This seasonal position requires a strong leader who can drive sales, manage payroll, recruit and train employees, and maintain expense control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, and expense control for multiple Spirit stores.
- Construct, open, operate, and close/tear down Spirit stores.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years old.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate seasonal demands.
- 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
