Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management
Drive Sales Activators to excel in the marketplace.
Achieve perfect store placements as defined by opportunity assessments.
Establish regional targets, monitor progress, and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
Team Leadership and Development
Guide, mentor, and cultivate regional sales activators to meet or exceed strategic relationship and sales objectives, ensuring flawless execution of sales and distribution targets.
Foster a diverse team that mirrors the marketplace, embodies Red Bull's values, and inspires through effective leadership.
Conduct annual performance evaluations for all direct reports, supporting their development plans.
Lead by example, ensuring the Sales Activator Team comprehends and adheres to company standards, HR policies, performance management requirements, and operational safety protocols.
Utilizing Tools and Resources for Success
Regularly report on Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR) and Quarterly Business Reviews, along with other necessary reporting to the Director of Sales & Distribution.
Collaborate across the organization, sharing best practices and acting as a key contributor among peers.
Manage strategic account relationships and sales opportunities at a senior level, including non-price related sales initiatives, special packs, and recommendations for incremental sales growth drivers.
Retail Relationship Management
Ensure alignment with RBNA National KA for all Wiring Accounts.
Demonstrate proficiency in retailer operations, enhancing opportunities for in-store presence.
Align with Red Bull sales management on district distribution strategies, routes, new product placements, and sales forecasts.
Assess overall market conditions, competitive challenges, and evolving local dynamics that may influence volume, market share, profitability, and other business metrics.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with senior-level chain contacts to facilitate effective account management; schedule and conduct regular meetings with tailored presentations.
Develop market solutions through an analytical selling approach and comprehensive market data analysis.
Lead and facilitate specialized training sessions, Engagement Action Planning, and other initiatives in collaboration with HR.
QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
Proven experience in supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Possession of a valid US Driver's License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
Capability to lift and transport inventory and/or advertising displays weighing up to 25 pounds.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Additional InformationThe base salary range for this position is between $101,000 and $112,000, plus cash incentives.
Actual salary offers may vary based on individual work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
