Position Summary

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager will be tasked with:

  • Driving sales growth through the acquisition of new clients by overseeing the entire sales cycle.
  • Enhancing client relationships through consistent engagement and in-person meetings.
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of accounts through proactive outreach and responding to incoming opportunities.
  • Maintaining organization by effectively managing an account portfolio and keeping comprehensive and precise records of all sales activities.
  • Facilitating the successful implementation of AIM services for client employees, which includes creating and sharing relevant documentation, brainstorming innovative ideas, and participating in launches and site visits.

  • Proven experience in establishing and nurturing professional relationships.

  • Strong capabilities in sales forecasting and achieving revenue targets.
  • A successful track record in generating new business sales.
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound prospecting and closing new business deals.
  • A willingness to travel as required.
Additional Information
  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000.
  • 401k benefits commence from day one.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance available after 90 days of employment.
  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
