The Role

This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities available in multiple locations. We seek dynamic, self-driven, results-oriented Sales Account Managers responsible for making outbound calls, generating proposals, closing sales, and handling incoming leads from direct business marketing efforts.

The Sales Account Manager role is a professional position that offers a full W2 employment structure, including a base salary, bonuses per account, and monthly residual earnings, along with incentives and engaging contests. The work schedule consists of a five-day, 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

You will receive professional training to oversee the complete sales cycle and utilize our internal support and CRM system. Your ability to communicate effectively, close sales, and collaborate with team members will create growth opportunities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business decision-makers.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and daily tasks/appointments using HubSpot.
  • Make 120 calls daily, with excellent leads provided.
  • Educate members about the payment processing industry and foster rapport.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and complete online applications.
  • Achieve a minimum of 8 sales closures per month.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound phone sales.
  • Previous experience in the payments industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • A strong desire to learn and tackle new challenges.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a self-motivated work ethic.
  • Open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing training.
  • Ethical and collaborative team player contributing to the culture and outcomes.

What We Provide:

  • Five-day work week (Monday – Friday).
  • Hourly base salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Bonus structure based on accounts and monthly performance.
  • Recurring monthly revenue share.
  • True OTE of $65,000 to $85,000 in the first year and over $100,000 in the second year.
