Position Overview:

This role is situated at the corporate level, providing essential sales and marketing assistance in business development to the Director. The individual in this position is tasked with a variety of responsibilities within a highly sensitive and confidential environment. The primary objective of this role is to alleviate the sales and marketing workload for the CEO. Our focus is on the manufacturing and distribution of prominent brands in the Natural and Organic Health and Beauty Aids sector.

This position operates at the highest levels of the corporate structure, necessitating a consistently professional demeanor that aligns with the Company's image when interacting with the public, clients, suppliers, and distributors. As a sales-driven organization, we expect all employees to embody a positive spirit, attitude, and appearance.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

The individual in this role must demonstrate self-assurance and a collaborative spirit while working with colleagues both within the immediate office and across the organization. This person will frequently seek information, files, and documents across departmental lines to fulfill assigned duties. Cooperation is essential at all levels.

Exceptional communication skills are crucial, second only to interpersonal skills in the execution of this role. The candidate must possess outstanding writing abilities and be adept at engaging with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, including distributors and buyers from various countries.

Strong organizational skills are a must. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other administrative systems, is required to complete assigned tasks effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee brokers and implement strategies to enhance distribution while assessing their performance. Maintain relationships with existing clients and forecast sales revenue while establishing a marketing budget. Develop new sales and distribution channels, plan promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns. Create tailored programs for new and prospective clients and prepare detailed sales and marketing plans for all brands. Identify and define new markets, developing strategies for maximum penetration. Direct and evaluate marketing materials, and plan agendas for events, seminars, trade shows, and sales training. Attend exhibitions and trade shows as necessary.

This role requires a high degree of independence and self-motivation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The individual will report directly to the President/CEO. This job description does not imply that these are the only responsibilities associated with this position. Some travel may be necessary, and standard working hours will align with those of the corporate office.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, including distributors and buyers from various countries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other administrative systems.
  • A high level of independence and self-motivation, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • A minimum of a four-year college degree in Business Administration or a marketing-related field.
